Key responsibilities will include: Assist with the management of lead generation and affiliate marketing relationships. Monitor and act on changes in the lead generation marketplace and ensure the business is kept updated on any findings. Optimise the existing paid digital media strategy across multiple platforms. Explore other opportunities within the paid media landscape. Pro-actively introduce measures to improve campaign performance. Work closely with agency partners across website and paid media. Regular monitoring of key web metrics and onsite behaviour through tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar. Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer communication platform to support with the communication delivery. Adhering to all regulatory requirements, ensuring all the promotions have gone through the approval process. Work closely with IT, change management, finance and analytics teams to help drive business change.
