Credit Controller (Part Time)

16 hours p/w, Hours to be mutually agreed to suit during the hours 08:00 to 17:00 Mon-Fri

Who you will be working for:

You could be working with an industry leading company, growing year on year, an opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join the accounts team. You will be working out of a new, purpose-built modern office, free parking and unlimited coffee.

What you will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for supporting the day to day activities of the finance department.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Raise credit notes

• Send statements

• Chase customers for payment

• Provide the highest customer service when dealing with customer queries

• Use Finance systems, such as Therefore & Sage and ERP System, Protean

• Carry out other ad-hoc work such as, reports, admin support, & reception back up

What our client is looking for in you:

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. You should also have a high degree of competency on Microsoft Excel & Outlook And experience using accountancy software, preferably sage.

2 years + Accounts experience (Ideally Credit Control)

Demonstrable experience of time management skills and a highly organised nature, with the ability to produce accurate work in pressurised timescales.
