A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Advisor to join a established Customer Service team in Knaresborough.
As part of the team you will be responsible for responding to all incoming customer enquiries, providing technical advice on products (for which training will be given), processing returns, exchanges, downgrades, upgrades and dealing with or escalating customer complaints.
Ensure the efficient processing of customer queries via phone and email
Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure full customer satisfaction
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
Excellent telephone manner and effective call handling
Use of carrier tracking systems
Able to use own initiative when problem solving
To work effectively as part of a team
Liaising with sales, purchasing and accounts department in a confident manner
Provide accurate/timely communications to customers regarding their orders and enquiries
Offering outstanding customer service always
Understanding the product ranges and delivering product advice
Your daily activities will largely consist of the above but the requirement for everyone to work together is paramount for the success of the business and you will be involved in other projects that will link directly to your department/role.
Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in an office based customer service role and will ideally have CRM system knowledge. You will be a forward and logical thinker with a proactive approach, be resilient and confident and have good numeracy/IT skills.
