Our client, one of the UK's leading energy provider, is currently recruiting for a Document Administrator to support the Investment Delivery Department.
Main responsibilities include:
*Management of documents via the document management database
*Scanning and copying of documents as required
*Version control of "live" documents
*Supporting the document management lead
*Supporting the administration functions with communication briefs and organisation
Main skills and experience required:
*Knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Outlook and Excel.
*Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
*Knowledge of AMS (desirable).
