Looking for a part-time HR role where you can make a real impact and help shape a growing department? We’re hiring a HR/Payroll Officer to join a well-established organisation, with a strong focus on HR support and the opportunity to play a key role in setting up and developing the HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, supporting people, and gaining exposure to all aspects of HR—while maintaining a great work-life balance. 25 hours per week (office-based) £32,000 FTE (pro rata to £21,300) Strong focus on HR administration, onboarding, and employee support Opportunity to help set up and improve HR processes and systems Payroll involvement as part of a broader HR role Exposure to all aspects of HR in a growing organisation If you have HR administration experience, a solid understanding of payroll, and enjoy taking initiative, we’d love to hear from you
