Mobile Maintenance Electrician - Yorkshire/North West - National Facilities Management Organisation: Logistics & Commercial\n\n CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management provider for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial properties across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a varied role, long-term stability, and the chance to work across a diverse range of sites.\n\n You'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring electrical systems remain compliant, safe, and fully operational. The role offers a mix of fault finding, remedial works, testing, inspection, and minor installation projects.\n\n The ideal candidate will be located around the West Yorkshire area, who must be open to travelling around Yorkshire and the North West.\n\n Package\n\nCompetitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)\nCompany van & fuel card\nCore hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nGenerous workplace pension scheme\nTraining, development & progression opportunities\n Responsibilities\n\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical building services equipment\nRespond to reactive breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner\nDiagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions\nComplete electrical testing, inspections, and associated certification\nUndertake minor installation and improvement works\nEnsure all maintenance records and job reports are completed accurately\nIdentify additional works and report any compliance or asset concerns\nBuild strong relationships with clients and site teams\nParticipate in a call-out rota to provide out-of-hours emergency support when required\n Requirements\n\nNVQ Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent Electrical qualification\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations\nExperience working within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Commercial Maintenance\nFull UK Driving Licence\n Interested?
