Thorburn McAlister is delighted to be partnering with thisbank in the search for an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of both the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Board of a rapidly evolving UK digital bank at a pivotal stage in its development.

The appointment follows the promotion of the previous incumbent to Chair of the Board and offers a rare opportunity to influence the future culture, leadership and governance of an ambitious UK bank.

As an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of both the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, you will work closely with the Chair, CEO and fellow Board members to ensure remuneration frameworks, leadership capability, culture and people practices support the Bank's strategic ambitions whilst maintaining the highest standards of governance and regulatory compliance.

We are interested in speaking with individuals who bring:

• Existing Non-Executive Director experience within regulated financial services.

• Experience chairing a Remuneration/Nominations Committee.

• Strong understanding of executive remuneration, succession planning, organisational culture and leadership effectiveness.

• Knowledge of PRA and FCA regulatory expectations.

• Experience gained within retail banking, challenger banks, fintech or specialist lending.

• The ability to provide constructive challenge, independent judgement and strategic insight.

This appointment will particularly appeal to experienced NEDs, Remuneration Committee Chairs, who enjoy helping organisations scale successfully while maintaining strong governance and culture.
