Senior Credit Analyst

Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the teamThe Credit Risk team sit within our Operations function, their primary responsibility is to ensure the risk of loss to the business is minimised. The team are responsible for live monitoring of Merchants accounts that have been flagged by our Brighterion system, completing reviews and risk assessment as to whether we can continue engage with a customer. The team will also complete annual reviews for existing customers. As a Senior member of the team you will manage the allocation of cases to credit analysts ensuring SLA’s are met. You will undertake QA on team members and decisions made providing advice and guidance to support their learning and development.What you will be doingUndertaking in depth credit risk assessments of existing merchantsGathering and reviewing relevant financial and non-financial information needed to complete a credit review.Contacting merchants to gather and verify informationAnalyse information to assess credit risks and make recommendations, highlighting pertinent points and any areas of concernCommunicated decisions back to the relevant parties.
