• Annual Salary: Up to £39,714.22 FTE depending on qualifications and experience

Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach a variety of courses related to travel and aviation, including cabin crew training.
• Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
• Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner readiness for the industry.
• Work collaboratively with a team of educators to provide qualification and progression opportunities for all learners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications in Travel, Tourism, or a closely related field.
• Strong industry experience, particularly in aviation and cabin crew roles.
• Experience in a professional role within the travel and tourism field.
• Teaching qualifications are preferred, or a willingness to work towards gaining these qualifications with our support.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
