Warehouse / Stores Operative

Salary up to £22,000 Dependent on Experience

40 Hours per week

8:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday (Friday Evenings & Saturdays as required, paid overtime)

Are you an experienced Warehouse / Stores Operative?

If so, my prestigious growing client in the motor industry is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their high performing Parts team.

What will you be responsible for?

• Receive and sign for goods delivered into stores and the workshop

• Inspect parts on arrival and check for damages and quantity

• Store parts in a timely manner in the correct store location

• Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.

• Pick, pack, and ship parts to engineers and customers using suitable packaging and carriers

• Load and unload company and other vehicles.

• Provide appropriate reports to the management team - Monitoring stock levels and replenish as required

• Take delivery of goods and supplies, unpack parts and devices ready for build, ensure required stock remains accessible

• Record all transaction and maintain accurate records, purchase orders, delivery notes using the inhouse company CRM system

What is our client looking for in you?

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. Experience in a similar position would be ideal. Counterbalance Fork Lift and B&E Trailer would be a bonus.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling to assist with large and bulky items.

You must also have a Full UK Driving Licence
